Description

The vitality and effectiveness of our nation’s civil rights laws depends upon the commitment and strength of the agencies charged with their enforcement. In response to this charge ICSPS, under the direction of ICCB, developed the Civil Rights self-assessment tool. The presenters will explore this tool, guiding a community college through a review of the five major civil rights laws and providing improved understanding of how to comply with the Office for Civil Rights requirements.
