What are you micromessaging to students? Are you looking to increase nontraditional student participation and completion? Douglas County secondary and postsecondary instructors are engaging in conversations to build efficacy and awareness of messages we are sending to students about nontraditional careers. In this session, we will share our process for implementing the NAPE Explore Nontraditional Toolkits and strategies to empower instructors to increase nontraditional student participation and completion in CTE programs of study.
