Instilling Micromessaging in the culture of a middle school to ensure an equitable learning environment requires including all staff, not just educators. Before change can occur, a strong community of educators who are passionate about micromessaging must be built. This community should be committed to meeting consistently, having authentic discussions, and creating an environment in which everyone in the group feels valued and safe to share their thoughts.
