Manager of Workforce Development, PSEG (Public Service Enterprise Group)

Sally Nadler has more than 30 years of experience in a diverse range of operational, technical, and managerial assignments within PSEG, where she is currently the Manager of Workforce Development in the Human Resources Department. In this role, she is responsible for a cross-section of talent acquisition pipeline initiatives for PSEG including the college relations and diversity outreach programs, which include the company’s female, minority, veterans, and individuals with disabilities hiring initiatives. Nadler is also PSEG’s primary representative at the Center for Energy Workforce Development, where she sits on the Workforce Planning Advisory Board.
