Developed in partnership with the Center for Energy Workforce Development (CEWD), WISE Pathways is a comprehensive, 40-hour career exploration and workplace skills development program. This program was implemented in Burlington County, New Jersey, in the fall of 2015 through a collaboration of industry, labor, education, and local partners. The workshop will provide an introduction to the energy and construction sectors and hands-on educational experiences focusing on preparing for a career in energy or construction, such as resume writing and mock interviews.
